MALF Legal Consultancy FZE was established in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone on 21 October 2024, marking an important step in the development of MALF’s regional legal advisory presence.
The UAE consultancy builds on the professional experience and client relationships developed through Mutaz Aljaaly Law Firm in Sudan, which was established in 2011. The two practices remain distinct professional entities, while enabling coordinated support where client matters involve the UAE, Sudan or wider cross-border issues.
MALF Legal Consultancy FZE focuses on corporate and commercial advisory work, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, investment legal due diligence, regulatory and compliance matters, arbitration support, dispute strategy and cross-border advisory.
