About Mutaz
Mutaz Aljaaly is the Founder and Managing Partner of MALF Legal Consultancy FZE in the United Arab Emirates and Mutaz Aljaaly Law Firm in Sudan. His practice combines corporate and commercial advisory, commercial contracts, arbitration, governance, compliance and dispute strategy.
He advises businesses, investors and institutions on complex commercial and cross-border matters, with a focus on practical risk management, transaction structuring and commercially workable legal solutions.
Working across the UAE and Sudan practices, he brings more than 15 years of legal experience together with a strong understanding of regional business environments. His academic background includes an LL.B. and postgraduate qualifications in law and business law.
